Returns - Exchanges

All sales are final! To ensure you order the correct size jewelry please see Jewelry Sizing and Care.
If item is damaged in shipment you may send the item back and contact me for an equal amount exchange for a different piece, provided I am contacted within two days of the received date of the item.

Refunds

Each piece of jewelry is one of a kind hand crafted, therefore only one can be sold of each item. Under the extremely rare circumstance that you purchase an item that is out of stock (has already been sold) You will be issued a full refund for that item. All sales are on a first come first serve basis.

Shipping

Items are always shipped to the address provided by Paypal. If you need the item shipped to a different address other than your own, please include that as your shipping address at checkout through paypal. Always make sure the address is correct.

                               Shipping is done by the United States Postal Service
                            Shipping is performed Monday - Friday except for holidays.
                          Your item is shipped within 48 hours of receiving your payment.
    Note: If you purchase your item on a weekend it will not be shipped until the following Monday.

All hand made hemp items are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. Glass beaded jewelry or other more delicate items are extra padded to ensure against accidental damages. Please inspect your item as soon as it is received and email me if there are any problems.
